Baby Basics
Learn the basics of newborn baby care prior to the baby's arrival. Topics will include: bathing, diapering, feeding and more. Partners are encouraged to attend.

Being a Grandparent
Been there, done that, but things change with time! This two-hour session is a great refresher for grandparents, reviewing the latest information on caring for your grandchild, including SIDS awareness and infant CPR techniques.

Big Sibs Class
Designed for children age three to eight. Bring your favorite doll or stuffed animal to cuddle as we share a storybook and talk about what it will be like to have a new baby in the house.

Birth the Second Time Around
Here we go again! This four-hour class covers labor and birth, cesarean birth and options for pain management such as contraction techniques, breathing, relaxation and massage. Partners welcome.

Boot Camp for New Dads
A three-hour workshop taught by fathers for fathers. Using a man-to-man approach, veteran dads with their young infants coach new dads who are expecting their first child. This interactive workshop for men only lets new dads ask questions, share concerns and gain confidence in caring for a new baby. "Boot Camp for New Dads" is for dads who are expecting a child or have a newborn child younger than three months old. The cost is $25 per person and scholarships are available. Offered in partnership with COSI.

This postpartum class enables the new mother to share her yoga practice with her baby (ages six weeks through crawling). Please bring a blanket for your baby and a few small toys. Offered in partnership with Balanced Yoga.

New mothers and babies (from birth to 12 months) meet with one another to share information and support. A certified parent consultant facilitates the group and is available for questions.
